  • 5 kg cooked hen meat, 24 mm + 4 x 1 kg hen stock, 6-fold concentrate + 4 x 0.25 kg hen fat
  • 20% breast and 80% leg meat, individually quickly frozen (I.Q.F.)
  • Can be used immediately and portioned as required, no further shrinkage in preparation and cooking
  • Carton content: 15 kg
  • 7.5 kg cooked hen meat, 24 mm + 4 x 1.5 kg hen stock, 6-fold concentrate + 4 x 0.375 kg hen fat
  • Breast and leg meat in natural proportion, individually quickly frozen (I.Q.F.)
  • Can be used immediately and portioned as required, no further shrinkage in preparation and cooking
